The history behind the venue

Located in Gilbert, Arizona, this gorgeous venue offers a mixture of the desert’s beauty with gorgeous green trees, water features, and large rock sculptures. As another Wedgewood property, you know you’re in great hands with trained coordinators and staff to ensure your wedding day goes off without a hitch. The team is dedicated to making sure everything is just as you imagined from the moment you arrive until you leave.

Reception & Ceremony Accomodations

Colby Falls can host up to 350 guests in both their outdoor ceremony location and the indoor reception space.

The Courtyard

The courtyard embraces the beauty of the venue’s name with a rock waterfall right behind where you’ll say ‘I do’. A beautiful wooden pergola also stands tall above you. It’s the perfect spot for photos to be taken afterward, while you enjoy a gorgeous Sonoran sunset. After the sun sets, the courtyard lights up with ambient lighting.

The Ballroom

Once the reception begins, you will step into a romantic ballroom, complete with tall ceilings and large windows. The indoor space is one of my favorites in the valley – it creates a classy vibe your guests will adore. Once your events begin, guests can mingle in the courtyard if you prefer an indoor/outdoor feel. The venue is especially known for perfectly set tables and beautiful details.

Noteworthy Features

As you may have guessed from the name, Colby Falls is best known for its gorgeous water features, including the one creating the perfect backdrop for your ceremony. The building boasts stone walls and sleek metal accents creating a modern Arizona vibe. Bright, private getting-ready rooms (including a pool table for the guys), a separate cocktail hour space, and raised ceilings in the reception hall are all added perks of the venue.

Pricing & Collections

Colby Falls offers the choice between four packages based on your needs and budget. They offer a build-your-own, a classic, a premier, and an elite package. Depending on which package you choose, the rental fee ranges from $48 – $118 per person. During peak season, you can expect to pay a total around $2,895, plus a ceremony setup fee of $995.
