The history behind the venue

The Scottsdale Plaza Resort was built in two phases, with the first being in 1976 and the final phase in the mid-’80s. Today, it is one of Arizona’s last independently owned and operated resorts. The dedicated team provides you and your guests with phenomenal experiences, including golf cart transportation to your important events. 

Reception & Ceremony Accomodations

This outstanding resort has something for every couple, from elegant ballrooms, views of Camelback Mountain, and beautiful outdoor courtyards. Up to 1,000 guests are welcome.

The Plaza Lawn

The wooden-gated lawn is the most iconic Plaza ceremony venue. This oasis effortlessly sports lush green hedges that enclose the area for private vows and an intimate first kiss.

Cypress Court

Enjoy an intimate dinner on the lawns with surrounding mountain views and a peek of desert landscape. The perfect option for an airy, under-the-stars reception.

Camelback Vista

Camelback Vista is yet another reception site that features the camelback mountians, this time with an indoor / outdoor setup. Enjoy dinner on the patio, then step inside for your first dance and events. It’s the perfect blend for chilly evenings.

Grande Ballroom

For larger parties, the grande ballroom is the ultimate place to celebrate indoors and dance the night away.

The venue rental for your ceremony including the tables, chairs, and wine barrels

Two rooms for changing on the wedding day

Suite accommodations on the wedding night, plus amenities

Two breakfast vouchers for the Garden Court Restaurant for the morning after the wedding

Special room rates for your wedding guests

Treating your guests to an incredible 3-course meal begins at $56 per person (including the perfect wedding cake to impress your friends and family). Alternatively, you can opt for a buffet dinner at $68 per person. The resort offers a special premium bar package:

Two Hours at $30 per guest

Three Hours at $36 per guest

Four Hours at $42 per guest
