Romantic Lost Dutchman Engagement Session

Lauren and Steven’s engagement session was a beautiful celebration of their unique love story—a story that started with a simple conversation about Taco Bell and has grown into a life full of love, adventure, and even a sweet baby girl, Charlie.

The two were introduced through Lauren’s sister in a twist of fate. Steven works with Lauren’s brother-in-law, and during a phone call between Lauren and her sister, Steven chimed in about his love for Taco Bell, sparking a connection. At the time, Lauren was living in Idaho, attending Boise State, while Steven was in California’s wine country. Despite the distance, they began dating in 2020, navigating long-distance challenges and even spending one of their first dates quarantining together during COVID.

Steven’s proposal was as thoughtful as their relationship. He took Lauren back to one of their favorite wineries in Northern California—the spot where they had their first date. By a picturesque creek, he surprised her with not only the proposal but also by including her sister and closest friends, making the moment even more special.
