Red Mountain Ranch Country Club Wedding

Apr 14, 2020

Danielle had spent the morning of her wedding with her best girlfriends drinking champagne in their matching robes, getting their hair and makeup done, and anticipating what the day might bring. This happens to be my favorite kinda getting ready room and it was about to get a whole lot sweeter. When Danielle’s soon-to-be nieces turned the corner and saw her in her dress for the first time, their mouths fell open. Her oldest niece said without hesitation that she was the most beautiful bride there ever was. The girls were in complete wonder and amazement, just admiring her. It’s these little moments, that happen so naturally that just melt my heart on a wedding day.

Once Danielle and Cameron were ready, we joined their loved ones gathered in the courtyard at Red Mountain Ranch Country Club in Mesa, Arizona to watch the two of them get married. Their vows relived the journey that brought them to this place, one I feel is so relatable as many people feel frustrated with dating online.

Danielle was drawn to Cameron after he sent her a message on Match.com because of his genuine personality and his interest in a genuine relationship. She shared that he was so patient with her at first when she was in nursing school. Sometimes she could only see him for a couple of hours every other week, but gradually, they were able to spend more time together until they were seeing each other every day. She went on to tease him she was glad she didn’t stand him up on their first date like she almost had! Her vows made it clear how she truly feels when she says, “I’m so glad I took a chance on a younger East side boy because it was the best decision I ever made”.

I’m so glad she took that chance too because they would soon fall head over heels for each other and one day she would say yes again, this time to going on a little hike in Sierra Vista. They were 25 weeks into expecting their pride and joy, Caden, which made it even more memorable for them when at the end of the hike Danielle sat down on a bench and Cameron joined her on one knee. Another yes, and a couple of years brought us to this moment in front of their families when they’d finally say ‘I do’.

The rest of the evening was SO much fun! Caden took his ring bearing job seriously, even sporting a “ring security badge, and joined his parents in their cake cutting for a seriously precious moment. We danced the night away and loved every second we spent celebrating this amazing couple.

Thank you, Danielle and Cameron, for having me join you on your most special of days. The two of you are an incredible team and I am so happy for your little family!
