Intimate Wedding Ceremony at Freestone Park
Brittany and Sam’s official wedding had to be postponed until next year due to COVID, so in the meantime, they decided to get their closest friends and family together for an intimate ceremony and celebration at Freestone Park.
Before we made our way to the park, I met Brittany at her house where she was getting her hair and makeup done. Her bridesmaids were seated around her, doing their makeup and drinking mimosas. A buzz of excitement filled the house, especially from Evelyn, Sam’s daughter. She had been looking forward to this wedding just as much as Brittany and Sam and the day was finally here.
Brittany’s bridesmaids, including her sister and two girlfriends, were so supportive and excited for the bride-to-be. Her nerves were calm and she was so relaxed as she got pampered and prepared to see her groom.
Once we got to the park, the romance took over. Brittany made her way up the aisle, escorted by her new daughter, where she met her handsome groom and wizard-clad officiant. They exchanged short, but very sweet vows and they were officially husband and wife.
The celebrations began after some gorgeous bride & groom portraits and the two cut their bundt cake (the best!) and spent time with their nearest and dearest.
Brittany & Sam, thanks so much for sharing your special wedding day #1 with me. I can’t wait to see you guys again for the big shebang next year! In the meantime, enjoy married life.
