Romantic North Scottsdale Resort Wedding
Two by two they turned the corner, linked arm in arm, one bridesmaid and one groomsman. The anticipation heightened while 15 pairs made their way up the rose-lined aisle. It was only seconds now until Latisha turned the corner and Linc would see her for the first time that day. As each couple made their way to the top, the sweet groom greeted them and told every bridesmaid how truly beautiful she looked. The flower girls came, huge smiles spread across their faces and they threw handfuls of red roses into the air.
Then, it was time. As she stepped around the corner and into Promise Rock, all 36 members of the bridal party cheered with excitement. Everyone had anticipated Tish pulling out all the stops, but no one could have known just how gorgeous she would look. She floated up the aisle like she was walking on a cloud, her train gliding behind her as she beamed ear to ear. When she saw her man, tears formed in the corners of her eyes.
Linc was smiling too, you could tell simply by looking at him that he felt so lucky that Tish was his bride. He stood a little taller, straightened his jacket, and finally, he took her hand in his.
Their ceremony was beautiful and there is something to be said about the pure number of people who showed up to support this sweet couple during a pandemic. They are so loved by so many at it is clear to see why.
From the moment I arrived in Latisha’s getting ready room, she was all ready to go in her dress and ready to marry “a good one”, as she told me, “I found a good one, Brooke, I found a really good one”. I have never seen a bride so happy, bubbly or giddy to be getting married. My favorite moment of the day was a shared golf cart ride to the secret little portrait spot with the two repeating “we’re married” to each other over and over in disbelief.
From the supportive guests and vendors to the beaming smiles and beautiful sunset photos Boulders is known for, this day was amazing from start to finish.
