Golden Hour Engagement Session at Lost Dutchman

Andraea & Kenny first met during their freshman year at UC Davis, but it wasn’t until senior year that they started dating. Now, nearly ten years later, they’ve built a life full of shared adventures and fun moments together. They both love being outdoors and active, so the desert felt like the perfect spot to capture this season of their lives.

When it came to the proposal, Andraea said it was “very us,” which feels like the best kind of engagement story. Kenny planned a night out at one of their favorite restaurants, followed by a few bar stops, and ended the evening at a park with a waterfall where he surprised her by proposing. She didn’t see it coming, which made it even more special.

Spending time with them, it’s easy to see how natural and steady their connection is. They’re so down to earth and genuinely enjoy just being together, which made photographing them such a joy.
