Dom Perignon Event Scottsdale
Wednesday night was spent with bubbly by candlelight as invited guests were able to sample Dom Perignon’s vintage bottles before they are opened to the public next month. The private ‘Elevated To A Second Life’ experience at North Scottsdale’s beautiful Four Seasons Resort was such a privilege to be a part of, capture, and learn all about the art of champagne.
Upon their arrival at the Jerome Suites, guests were greeted by the simple elegance of the room. White walls and neutral colors were the perfect calming backdrop as champagne bottles lined the fireplace. A sliding glass door opened the space to the patio with sweeping views of the glowing desert. Here, guests were able to feel the flavors of each vintage for themselves before the hosts shared what they should be tasting. Dom Perignon best describes this particular bouquet as “complex and luminous, a mingling of white flowers, citrus and stone fruit”.
As the sun was setting that evening, guests met to dine at Talavera. In addition to the dramatic view overlooking the resort, they were met with an upscale tablescape, elegant spreads and vibrant dishes.
The event came together beautifully with toasts to the 2008 collection. Congratulations to the team who brought this exclusive event to Scottsdale on all the success they’ve had here, I am so excited to see what comes next!
