Boyce Thompson Engagement Session
Despite coming from two different parts of the country, Tiffany and Tony found love on Hinge in Arizona. When they matched, Tony was new to the state, but Tiffany had lived here for a while since she graduated from ASU. Needless to say, the two hit it off and Tiffany enjoyed showing Tony around her favorite spots in AZ.
Three years later, Tony planned the perfect surprise proposal for her. They were in San Diego and decided to go to lunch in Mission Beach with Tiffany’s whole family. Before lunch, someone suggested it would be a good idea to get some family pictures done since they weren’t all together very often. Tiffany and Tony were nominated to go first and after posing for the photo, they were told to try a different pose. Tiffany looked over to find Tony down on one knee. She was so surprised since just the week before he threw her off his tracks promising that he was working on it, but not to expect anything soon.
Of course, she said yes! And since Tiffany is close with her mom, she was especially glad she got to be there to share this moment with them. Afterward, they celebrated with a romantic lunch on the beach.
For their engagement session, they wanted lots of greenery and trees, which we found East of the city at Boyce Thompson. The grounds were so lush, a fun change of pace for us desert dwellers, and the company was the best! We did have a fun plot twist: snow on the mountains surrounding the location. A first for me during an engagement session in Arizona, but we made the most of it!
Tiffany & Tony, your engagement session has left me so excited for your wedding day. It is truly a joy to spend time with you both and even more fun to have you in front of the camera. I am so excited to celebrate with you guys next year!
