Beautiful Engagement Session at Agritopia Farm

Ashley and Josh’s story began back in 2015 when the two matched on OkCupid after Ashley messaged Josh. The pair hit it off over all that they had in common, especially both being parents to adorable pups, Bailey and Rusty. Their first date soon followed at Main Event, where they spent the evening bowling and enjoying each other’s company. Soon, the pair became inseparable.

When the time came to propose, Josh wanted to make sure he surprised Ashley with a ring she would adore. So, without her knowing, he acquired some help from the one person who would know her best, her twin sister Andrea. He shared that he did some snooping to figure out her style and Ashley admits now that he did a great job. Josh proposed at Stake 44, a local steakhouse on their fourth anniversary after sharing a delicious dinner.

When I sat down with this adorably cute couple (seriously, they compliment each other in every way), I got to ask Ashley what it was about Josh that made her say yes to spending the rest of her life with him. Her answer was perfect: she said that he knows her better than she knows herself, he’s her other half. Remind me to get an extra box of Kleenex for their ceremony because I cannot wait to hear their vows!

Luckily, I finally got to meet their sweet pups at their engagement session and they are just as fun and adorable as they look. Because these babies are such a big part of their parent’s lives, it only felt right that they were apart of these milestone pictures at Agritopia Farm.

I’m so excited to see Rusty and Bailey again at the wedding where they will be a part of the wedding party and I can’t wait to see Ashley and Josh become husband and wife – a day I’m sure will be filled with happy memories.
