A Joyful Scottsdale Wedding Celebration

Amidst the breathtaking backdrop of The Scottsdale Plaza Resort, Emily and Jarod exchanged vows in a beautiful ceremony, then proceeded to throw one of the best parties in wedding history.

Choosing the Scottsdale Plaza Resort as Emily & Jarod’s venue was a decision rooted in practicality and thoughtfulness. Their desire for a beautiful location accessible to guests from across the West and East Coast perfectly encapsulated their considerate nature, ensuring that their loved ones could join in the festivities without any hassle.

For Emily, the day began with several heartfelt moments, starting with a tender first look with her father, who wore a childhood picture of Emily sewn on the inside of his tie. Later, she shared a private first look with Jarod, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives together.

Guests were welcomed with a charming “Happily Ever After” champagne wall, setting the tone for the celebration that awaited them. As they took their seats, Jarod’s Grandpa, serving as the unconventional flower girl, brought smiles to everyone’s faces as he adorned the aisle with rose petals, wrapping Jarod in a heartwarming hug at the top of the aisle.

The ceremony itself was a blend of tradition and personal touches, marked by happy tears, the breaking of the glass, and excited shouts of “Mazel Tov!” echoing through the air.

As the evening transitioned into the reception, a beautiful floral-filled ballroom was the backdrop for the night’s festivities. Special dances and heartfelt speeches set the stage for an unforgettable night. The dance floor came alive with the hora, a fun start of Emily and Jarod’s new journey together.

True to Emily’s prediction, the night gained momentum when Jarod, shirt off and tie around his head, serenaded his friends with “Mr. Brightside.” The guests loved dancing, singing, and celebrating the newlyweds late into the night. It was the perfect way to wrap up such a fun and special wedding day.
