A Garden Party Wedding in Paradise Valley

Emma and Justin’s wedding day at Mountain Shadows Resort was a dream come true. The garden party theme was perfectly executed with light and airy decor, elegant floral arrangements, and stunning views of Camelback Mountain. Huge props to the talented team at Events by Sloane, who ensured every detail was perfect for the couple’s special day.

When asked about why they chose the Paradise Valley venue, Emma said, “We just walked in and saw the breathtaking view of Camelback Mountain, and knew this one was the one”. And it was the perfect backdrop for so many events throughout the day.

The morning started with the girls jumping on the bed in excitement. After some fun photos in their PJs, Emma’s mom helped her get dressed as her bridesmaids looked on with tears in their eyes. They were so supportive and excited for her. Once Emma was all ready, she did a first look with her dad, which was touching and emotional as we got to see how proud he was of her. Following Emma’s first look with her dad, Justin did a first look with his mom, and they were both so excited to see each other for the first time that day. Tears were shed, hugs were given and it was time for Justin and Emma’s ceremony.

The decor was elegant, with an abundance of hydrangeas, roses, and ranunculus, symbolizing gratitude, beauty, love, romance, charm, and attraction. The result was a stunning display of floral arrangements that complemented the garden theme.

As the ceremony approached, Sweetwater strings played their instruments and the bridal party made their way down the aisle. Emma and Justin shared their personal vows in front of the guests, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Everyone was crying happy tears! Once the couple shared their first kiss, guests were treated to a special rooftop cocktail hour before the party really got started.

The reception was filled with dancing and laughter, and everyone partying with Emma and Justin. A highlight of my night was the couple dancing to “Cuff It” during open dance. They knew every move! From the grand entrance to the glow stick exit, every moment was magical and unforgettable.
