A Fairytale Proposal in Sardinia, Italy

Michelle and Pat’s love story seems swiped directly from your favorite rom-com. The day of their proposal began in Sardinia, Italy, where Pat had been studying and working for the past several months. The couple decided to rent a car and spend the day driving around exploring the beaches the island is known for and their clear, turquoise waters.

That evening, Pat had a restaurant in mind to propose, but when they got there it was packed with no room for them. So, they walked up the cobblestone hill to see the city lights. It was here, overlooking the city at sunset that Pat got down on one knee and said to Michelle, “I’m going to ask you a terrifying question”. He asked Michelle to marry him and she said yes!

They had dinner afterward on a patio of a perfectly quaint restaurant with cobblestone streets and bistro lights. The couple described it as everything you’d imagine in a movie and the perfect place to celebrate their new engagement.
