Cactus Theme Engagement Session

Do you love action/romance flicks? Then read on because Liz and Josh might be one of the most adventurous couples I have had the privilege of getting to know! When I first met them, they had just moved from Baltimore (where they had already started planning a wedding) to Arizona and decided to start fresh with their wedding plans. They packed up, transferred their jobs, and headed to the desert for a new adventure. If moving and planning a wedding wasn’t enough on their plates, this duo loves to travel and they take vacays any chance they get. In fact, they are planning a trip around the world for their honeymoon (if I didn’t love them so much, I’d be incredibly jealous… they are living my dream!). They take risks, they dream big, and they make incredible things happen in their own lives.

Most women start to get a feeling around the time their man is thinking about proposing. Maybe you see ring ads on his computer or he starts to get a little nervous around you. Somehow, you just know it’s about that time. Josh knew his soon-to-be fiancé had an idea it was coming, so he held out until it could be a complete surprise—on a weekend trip to Washington DC with their close friends. You guys, she had no idea!! I’m so happy Liz said yes to her office flame because they complement each other SO well.

One thing that is truly clear is how much they love one another, but something you may not know is how much Liz loves the desert! Their upcoming wedding has a cactus theme that I cannot wait to see complete because when talking wedding plans with Liz, I know she has gorgeous taste. I couldn’t be more excited to deliver this cactus-filled session to these two.
