Dreamy Draw Family session

“These are my favorite photos anyone has ever taken of our family,” said Jes 5 minutes into our session when I showed her the back of my camera. That was one of the biggest compliments given to me considering she is a skilled portrait and wedding photographer herself!

Her sweet family has the coolest story:

Michael and Jes met when she was 18 and they were living in Maryland. Ever since they have been inseparable from each other and their daughter Katlyn. They have such a sincere love for their daughter (it is so obvious) and she has such a fun relationship with them.

When Jes and Michael aren’t running their own individual businesses, they’re riding their motorcycles through Phoenix or visiting beautiful Maryland. I can’t wait to see where this family goes next. They’re so driven and passionate about their endeavors that I know their future is amazing.

I love when I get to know these things about my clients before their session because it helps me understand how to make them smile and how to make them laugh (always important when taking pictures).
