Fall Desert Engagement Session in Cave Creek

Julia and Danny wanted their engagement session to feel true to them: warm, natural, and full of Arizona beauty. As Arizona natives, they envisioned photos surrounded by cactus, open desert views, and golden fall light. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect evening to capture that vision.

They’ve been together for seven years, and it’s easy to see how comfortable and connected they are. There’s a calmness between them that comes from truly knowing each other, and it made photographing them feel effortless.

Danny proposed at The Westin Kierland after they stopped by to check out a new bar opening. They took a walk out onto the golf course that night, and that’s where he asked her to marry him. Afterward, they went to dinner at Dominic’s, followed by a surprise engagement party and a night out celebrating with friends.

Their session felt like a reflection of who they are – relaxed and happy. Julia and Danny, I can’t wait to celebrate you two again on your wedding day!
