Beautiful Spring Wedding In Flagstaff
Ashley and Grant’s wedding in Flagstaff was a delightful blend of natural beauty and rustic charm. Their love for the woods and hiking set the stage for their beautiful celebration. The venue, nestled amidst pine trees, provided the perfect backdrop for their woodsy and minimalistic theme.
The decor captured the essence of the surroundings, with earthy elements and warm tones complementing the venue. Wood accents and whiskey-themed details added a touch of sophistication and fun. Whiskey barrels served as a unique guest book and the couple even incorporated a whiskey unity ceremony, blending their favorite spirits together.
To entertain guests, yard games, cribbage, and a couple’s crossword puzzle were available during happy hour. These activities reflected Ashley and Grant’s shared interests and added a personalized touch to the celebration.
The color palette consisted of blue, peach, ivory, and sage. Grant’s favorite color, blue, inspired the choice of attire for the wedding party, while peach and ivory hues added warmth and elegance.
Custom “his and hers” cocktails were a highlight of the evening. “His” drink was a Peach Whiskey Sour, blending the sweetness of peach with the boldness of whiskey, symbolizing their shared journey. Ashley opted for a playful twist on a Mai Tai for “Her” drink, infused with rum, reflecting her vibrant and adventurous spirit. Guests also enjoyed Four Peaks Peach Ale, as a nod to the peach in their color scheme and adding a local touch.
Ashley and Grant’s reception was a blast with great music choices that got everyone on the dance floor. One of the evening’s highlights was their first dance with their beloved dogs. Everyone loved cheering on Lola & Rusty!
