Joshua Tree Inspired Engagement Session

Ziria and Justin dated in high school for a brief moment but eventually lost touch. Then one night four years later, they ran into each other at a bar. Ziria said when they saw each other again, it was love at first sight and things between them came so easy.

They made plans to see each other again for their second first date. Justin joined Z for a friend’s wedding in Mexico as her plus one. They had a great time and loved spending this trip with each other. And things only got better.

A couple of years later, they went on a vacation to Page, AZ for the weekend. As soon as they got to their room at the hotel, Ziria started unpacking. As she was putting her things away, Justin surprised her and proposed. She was so caught off guard she said she may have even thrown the phone charger she was holding in her hand. Then they spent the rest of the weekend making memories together, like kayaking and hiking.

Since they’re from Yuma, they made a weekend of coming up to get their engagement photos. She got her hair and makeup done and we had a great time nailing the “Joshua Tree” vibe they had in mind.

Ziria and Justin, you are such a light-hearted, happy couple, it’s so fun to be around both of you. I love the way you support each other in your separate businesses and in life. I can’t wait to hang out with you again on your wedding day!
